Focused on driving diversity, equity, and inclusion within higher education and the business world.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
What is Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion?
At Ohio University we offer personal support to all of our diverse students. Diversity for us means students from underrepresented and marginalized groups like those of color, international, LGBTQ+, Appalachian, women, disabled, as well as students with other intersecting lived experiences and identities. As one of the only business schools with a dedicated office of Diversity & Inclusion, we want our actions to speak louder than our words.
Required Student Experiences
Our curriculum requires that students learn about different perspectives, history, and how they can individually impact DEI on-campus today and in the business world tomorrow.
