Restricted Access Permit Request Form

Ohio University Project Managers must submit consideration requests for access to parking locations outside of traditional campus contractor/vendor parking lots.

• Restricted access permits are issued at the discretion of Transportation and Parking Services, and while requests are met as often as possible, situations may dictate the need to decline a request or offer an alternative area outside the requested area.
• Restricted access permits should be requested on a limited basis.
