Welcome to Counseling and Psychological Services

Welcome to Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS). We provide mental health and adjustment services to students and also consultation to faculty, administrators and parents of students. Individual counseling, group counseling, and psychiatry are some of the services we offer at CPS, and we also make referrals to a wide range of other services both on and off campus. With all classes going online, we are offering telehealth to OU students. Please click here for more information.

A self-guided, interactive online therapy program. Students can monitor their moods, learn how to manage anxiety, improve depressive thoughts and behaviors, or simply hang out in the zen room.

This app connects students from the Ohio University regional campuses, students not residing in the state of Ohio, and e-campus students to either call or chat with a support counselor. This service is available 24/7.
