Welltrack Boost is a free, self-guided mental health resource available to Ohio University students. Designed with college life in mind, Welltrack Boost helps students build practical skills to manage stress, anxiety, low mood, and everyday challenges—on their own time and at their own pace.

Grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Welltrack Boost offers interactive tools and brief modules that support:

  • Managing stress and overwhelm
  • Improving mood and motivation
  • Building healthy habits and coping skills
  • Strengthening resilience during academic and personal challenges

Students can access Welltrack Boost anytime, anywhere. No diagnosis, referral, or counseling appointment is required. It’s a flexible, confidential option for students who want to take an active role in supporting their mental well-being.
