Service Description

The Digital Workflow Service provides rapid delivery of small-scale solutions to support business process improvement and efficiencies across the University. We provide document digitization, digital document content management, automated workflows to replace manual business processes, electronic forms to replace manual paper forms, and low-code, custom apps to support digitization and process automation.

Electronic Document Management

Customizable, electronic document management and workflow system for capturing paper and electronic documents. Presently using OnBase for these solutions.

Automated Workflow

Electronic automated workflow for business processes (i.e. processing application forms, departmental approval processes, etc.).

Electronic Forms

Electronic forms replace physical form copies which require manual work and processes. Using electronic forms, we can automate approval processes and submissions improving efficiencies and data integrity.

Low-code, rapid-development apps

Low-code web apps which can be developed and deployed rapidly for narrowly focused business processes.

Service Hours and Availability

Support for all Digital Workflow Service offerings is available Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm ET (“normal business hours”), exclusive of OHIO holidays, with response and resolution times as described in the OIT Service Desk Operational Level Agreement (OLA).
