Dr. Teri Peasley holds the BS in Individual and Family Studies from Kent State University and the MS in Early Childhood Studies from Walden University. She holds the EdD in Adult Education, also from Walden University. Dr. Peasley teaches courses on diversity, guidance and classroom management, integrated curriculum, literacy, and creativity and play. Additionally she facilitates the pre-primary internship and teaches an elective course titled Trauma-Informed Care and Education. Dr. Peasley is the Program Coordinator for the Early Childhood and Elementary Education program on the Zanesville campus. Her research interests include developmental impacts of trauma, early brain development, and professional support for early-career early childhood educators.
