Ohio University students preparing for careers are not limited to just learning in the classroom; they also have the opportunity to interact one-on-one with industry leaders.
These opportunities occur on campus and off, and include off-campus programs coordinated in conjunction with the Office of Global Opportunities (OGO). OGO, which is well-known for its excellence in coordinating study abroad opportunities around the world for OHIO students, also manages a wide range of programs in the U.S.

Japan: Animation and Culture in TokyoBecome immersed in Tokyo's rich culture as you explore the art of animation. Visit sites important in history, traditional art, and popular culture and learn to recognize the diversity of cultural expression in Japanese customs and aesthetics.

Spain: Screenwriting and Documentary StorytellingEach student will select a short story by a Spanish author and learn how to write a screenplay for a short film adapted from their chosen story.
