Culinary Services Referral Bonus Program

Culinary Services is excited to announce the continuance of the recruitment program. This program would give a $1,000 bonus to any OHIO University employee who refers a candidate (new hire) to apply for a full time Culinary Services job posting, if that candidate is then hired and has been employed and in active pay status for at least 60 working days. 

New hires referred through this pilot program cannot have been employed by OHIO in the last 12 months (not counting student employment).

Steps to Apply

1. Applicants fill out questionnaire, included in OHIO jobs application.
2. Current OHIO permanent employee completes form below.
3. The interview process will include referral questions.

Review Process
Once all steps are completed, both of the following must occur:

• Via Candidate: Supplemental Q in Application: Did you receive a referral from an Ohio University employee? If so, who? When? Etc.
• Via Current Employee:  Employee will submit via this form, the details on who they referred, and when they spoke. “If candidate is referred by more than one employee, the employee who submits request into survey first, will receive the bonus.” 
• Both parties only have 30 days from the hire date to submit the forms.  After the 30 days, forms will not be considered eligible.
