Employee of the Month Program
Culinary Services proactively ensures exceptional customer focused services, proudly delivered by an engaged, dedicated team. The Employee of the Month program is intended to recognize those exceptional employees that contribute to our success by going above and beyond the normal expectations of their job. This program will recognize employees whose individual achievements, contributions and support have a considerable impact on Culinary Services and OHIO University. This program is for Administrative and Classified employees within Culinary Services.
The EOM nominees must meet the following criteria:
- Employed at OHIO University for at least one year on a full-time basis or equivalent service on a part-time basis.
- Employed in Culinary Services.
- Exhibits good work behavior and performance (no discipline on file and satisfactory or above ratings on annual performance evaluations).
- Goes above and beyond normal expectations of their job. Achievements, contributions and support have a considerable impact on Culinary Services and OHIO University.
The EOM Selection Committee will be appointed and will be compromised of the Auxiliaries Leadership team to include the Executive Director of Culinary Services, Director of Auxiliaries Operations, Director of Culinary Services, Assistant Director of Retail Operations, Sr. Executive Chef
