Our Grover Center facility is currently open the following hours: 
Monday - Thursday: 5:45  a.m. - 9:00 p.m. 
Friday: 5:45 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. 
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

  • We're (virtually) open 24 hours thanks to our Virtual Memberships!

    Live classes, on demand videos, nutrition resources, mindfulness training, journaling prompts, sleep support and so many other ways to fuel your wellbeing 24 hours a day.

  • All Facility Memberships that remained frozen due to our COVID closure were thawed on July 1, 2021. 
  • New Facility Memberships can be purchased on our Member Portal. 
  • Massage Therapy appointments are now available.
