Personify Health

Earn up to $200 annually by engaging with Personify Health. The more you engage with the platform, the more you earn! From finances to fitness to family, this mobile well-being platform focuses on all areas of wellbeing. 

  • Eligible participants can earn up to $200 per year (up to $50 quarterly) when they use the online/mobile wellness platform for customized engagement opportunities. Whether you’re looking to improve your financial well-being, focus on your fitness or spend more time with your pets, the Personify platform can help you define and meet your unique wellness goals.
  • Benefits-Participating individuals MUST be enrolled in the platform to receive their Biometric Health Screening payout

About Personify Health

Employees and Spouses/Partners enrolled on Ohio University's medical plan ("benefits-enrolled") are eligible to utilize Personify Health to engage with their own well-being and earn money back on the paycheck of the benefits-enrolled employee.

Start Earning $

Enrollment Instructions: 

The first time you log-in to your Personify account, you'll need to set-up your account by enrolling in a few easy steps. 

  1. Create Your Account on the Ohio University registration page.
  2. Choose Enrollment Group:
    1. The benefits-carrier: choose the "EMPLOYEE PAYING BENEFITS" option and continue to the next page.
    2. The spouse/partner of the benefits-carrier: select "SPOUSE/PARTNER OF EMPLOYEE" and continue to the next page.
  3. Complete Form: Fill in your personal identifiers as prompted.
    1. When prompted for an Employee ID:
      1. Benefits Carrier: This is the first part of your OHIO email address. So, if your email is bobcat@ohio.edu, you will enter "bobcat" for this prompt.
      2. Spouse/Partner: This is the first part of the OHIO email address of the employee paying benefits with a + sign. So, if the benefits carrier's email is bobcat@ohio.edu So, if the benefits carrier's email is bobcat@ohio.edu, the spouse/partner will use "bobcat+" as the Employee ID.
  4. Fill in your information.
    1. Be sure to choose a password you'll remember, because you'll want  to log in regularly to be able to earn your rewards.
  5. Start earning!

"spouse/partner" is the individual married to the benefits-carrier. This person can be an employee or non-employee, but must be enrolled on their spouse/partner's OHIO benefits plan. 

 

Personify Log-In

An employee who is the benefits-carrier can utilize Single Sign On (SSO) to log-in to Personify by navigating to healthy.ohio.edu (linked below). The spouse/partner of the benefits-carrier can utilize their Personify log-in credentials at login.personifyhealth.com (linked below).
