Email FAQ

Can I send an email to the entire university?

University-wide emails on specific topics are restricted to items deemed by University administration to be of great importance or urgency to many members of the OHIO community.

We suggest that you think critically about your target audience and send your email to a more specific group of Bobcats. 

Information for a broad OHIO audience can be disseminated as a news story or social media post. We can also work with you on a communication plan or marketing strategy to share your message, and offer options for including your message in our regular university-wide emails. 

How do I get access to the university enterprise email system?

What should I do if my request involves several different service areas?

Fill out our request form and select "combination" as your request type. Please give us as much detail as possible. We will schedule a kick-off meeting to get all the details we need.
