Leaning In

In a world where one can be anything, “Be Kind.” Be Kind to Yourself. Be Kind to others. And Be Kind to those whom we do not always understand. Kindness helps create a space where we focus on wellbeing and empower everyone’s voice. Together, we are called to lead - to be change agents who are lifelong learners who embrace diversity as we lead and commit to serving and meeting the needs of all people in our community.

As someone recently reminded me, “You Matter” and “Your Work Matters.” Together, we create space where all can thrive. Lean into your values – you help create the Patton community. In what seems like an everchanging world, remember what you value and hold dear.  This is what makes Patton a place where all are welcomed, embraced, and supported. Together, we lean into our value of student centered learning and continue designing our spaces where all matter. I value your voice and our collaborative and welcoming community. Thank you for all you do.
