A&S Program Proposals

For information for proposals pertaining to new programs, program changes, certificates, program relocation: See the UCC's Programs Committee forms and guidelines.

For program change proposals in A&S: Please include a list of the full program requirements in the Proposal for Changes Form, including the changes that are being requested (program changes can be highlighted in a different color font). This makes it much easier for curriculum review committees to understand the proposed changes in the context of the program as a whole.
