Business Cards and Name Badges
Ohio University offers an adaptable system for business cards designed to allow for flexibility in length of content and sub-brand expression while staying anchored in the OHIO brand. Brand consistency is delivered through the standard use of the primary OHIO logo, while adjustable content sections and optional double-sided business cards offer space for the inclusion of college or unit-level sub-brands. Official Ohio University name badges are offered in green and white and also allow a modicum of content flexibility.
Production of all University stationery and business cards is required by policy to go through University Printing Services, where it is produced on site. OHIO’s Athens-based print shop is the largest printing facility in Southeast Ohio offering a broad range of printing services. Order online through the links below, or in person at the OHIO Marketing Services Center on the first floor of Grovesnor Hall. All orders can be picked up at the Marketing Services Center when complete.
Ohio University Business Cards
Official Ohio University business cards must include the block OHIO word mark on the front as pictured below with minimum of name, title, phone and email. The front of the card may also include College or Division and/or Department or Unit name, multiple titles, campus address, mobile phone number, and appropriate ohio.edu web address. If you would like to include a direct link to your unit website, a short url can be requested through the UCM Request Form. QR codes and personal websites are not allowed on the front of the card.
If you choose a two-sided business card, the back of your business card provides flexible space for additional information or sub-brand expression. You can choose the Forever OHIO mark as pictured below or an appropriate unit-level expression. For example, staff or faculty in the Russ College of Engineering and Technology might use their sub-brand expression 'Create for Good.' You may also include personal information or urls. For example, a faculty member may opt to showcase an appointment with an industry association or trade publication and/or a link to a personal research portfolio.

Ohio University Name Badges
Official Ohio University name badges are offered in two color options, green and white, and include the primary OHIO logo. Minimum of first and last name. Department and title are optional.
