The Libraries Debut New Regional Websites

Since July 2020, the Libraries have worked to strengthen collaboration via the One OHIO Libraries initiative, an effort to merge Athens and regional campuses into one cohesive library system. The initiative has garnered many advantages including increased access to electronic resources and collaborative creation of the Libraries’ new strategic plan. The latest advancement in the One OHIO Libraries initiative is the creation of a seamless web experience for library users across all campuses. 

The main Libraries website now serves as the gateway to library collections and services for all library users. This page provides access to the Libraries’ robust collections, knowledgeable staff, current news, and library information for each library. Regional campus websites will now direct users to the main Libraries page. Accessed from the main page, regional campus websites offer campus-specific information such as librarian contact information, services, equipment, and special collections.
