Quality and Assessment

CC+ Assessment Plan

The intent of the College Credit Plus (CC+) Assessment plan is to seek correlations between the academic profile of applicants at the time of admission, placement scores earned either on the ACT / SAT or Accuplacer exam and academic performance in courses of varying modalities. Included in the plan will be a qualitative component that will gather feedback from students, alumni, guidance counselors, principals and high school instructors regarding their experience in the program.

This information will be used to evaluate current policies and practices and inform the Online, Transfer and Credit Services Center and College Credit Plus Advisory Group on changes that may be necessary in order to ensure a quality program and the success of those students who participate.

This assessment plan will also ensure that the appropriate data points are being collected and stored in order to conduct longitudinal studies to determine the impact participation in program has on degree seeking college matriculation and success after participation in the program and graduation from high school.
