Conference Refunds and Cancellations by Sponsors

Sponsorships include meals, refreshments, conference materials, and access to all sessions, for the number of corporate attendees at your booth (dependent on sponsorship selected). Sponsors who wish to cancel must do so on or before 5/1/2022 to receive a refund. No refunds will be given after 5/1/2022.

Payment:  Payment of the Fees will be made in U.S. currency by credit card payment, by check, or by bank transfer to University of Cincinnati, and shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days prior to the OHECC conference.

No Shows: There are no refunds for no-shows

Refunds:  If a sponsor cancels more than sixty (60) days before the OHECC conference, the sponsor will be liable for any fees or charges from OHECC assuming the cancellation was presented in an email sent to the Host Committee General Chairperson. In the event a sponsor cancel less than sixty (60) days before the OHECC conference starts the sponsor will be responsible for fifty percent (50%) of the agreed upon sponsorship fees. The cancellation request must be sent via email to the Host Committee General Chairperson.

The OHECC Host Committee and State Steering Committee reserve the right to cancel your registration without notice for failure to pay as required.

The OHECC Host Committee and State Steering Committee reserves the right to deny sponsorship to any vendor.

Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is exclusive responsibility of the individual/company registered for OHECC. OHECC is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from any cancelled registration or impermissible substitution.
