Enterprise Survey and Course Evaluation Project
About the Project
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is launching a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) project to assess OHIO’s enterprise survey and course evaluation solutions. The current offerings in these areas, Qualtrics and Blue, both have contracts ending in 2027. REDCap is also in scope for this review given its support for survey activities.
The goal of this RFP is to identify a strategic approach for survey and evaluation technologies that support academic and administrative functions, enhance data collection and reporting capabilities, and improve the overall user experience for faculty, staff, and students.
Our objective is to ensure that the selected solution(s) provide robust functionality for surveys and course evaluations, while supporting OHIO’s commitment to excellence in teaching and research activities.
