New tutorial video highlighting the features of the Outage and Maintenance Information calendar
This article was originally published in the March 3, 2022 IT Weekly.
The IT Service Delivery and Support Service Team (ITSDS) recently added the Outage and Maintenance Information calendar on the help.ohio.edu website. The calendar provides a public glimpse into scheduled maintenance windows, outages, and issues under investigation. The ITSDS team has created a tutorial video that provides instructions on how to locate the calendar on the website and how to find the current operational status of each service. The Outage and Maintenance Information calendar also provides past incidents and detailed information on what occurred.
The Outage and Maintenance Information calendar is updated by the Service Desk to ensure that the OHIO community is always aware of any impact on OIT services. Please consider sharing the tutorial video with a colleague so others can learn the many features of the new tool.
To learn more about the charge for the ITSDS team, you can review the December 8 IT Weekly article for additional information or if you have questions, contact Kevin Zhang. We would like to express kudos to Leslie Reichbaum and Jon Seastedt for their work on the video tutorial and for getting it set up on the help page.
