Request to Change Major, Minor, or Certificate
Athens-Based Students
This form is for students in the BBA or BSM programs.
Change of program requests for BBA/BSM students are accepted through the first four weeks of the semester. All updates will be made by the end of the seventh week.
Regional Campus-Based and Online Students
This form is for students in the ATCH, BMT, BSAM, or BSB programs.
Change of program requests for ATCH/BMT/BSAM/BSB students can be made continually. Please give 2-3 weeks for changes to be made.
