The Leadership Accelerator is a professional development experience designed for leaders navigating expanded responsibility, organizational complexity, and pivotal career transitions. Through a blend of executive dialogue, individualized coaching, and peer learning, participants engage in a high-trust environment that encourages meaningful reflection, candid discussion, and practical growth. The experience provides space to step away from daily demands, think more clearly about leadership challenges, strengthen leadership presence, refine strategic positioning, and sustain meaningful impact in high-responsibility roles.
Each session centers on the real transitions, tensions, and opportunities participants are actively navigating. Through structured dialogue and a confidential cohort setting, leaders gain new perspectives, develop greater self-awareness, and build connections with peers who understand the realities of leadership. As the cohort evolves, it becomes a trusted sounding board that supports both personal reflection and professional growth long after the experience concludes.
Please Note: This program is best suited for mid-level professionals across all educational backgrounds and industries. Academic credit is not awarded. All sessions are virtual, EDT.

Enrollment & Program Information
The most recent Leadership Cohort concluded in August 2026. The next anticipated cohort is scheduled to begin in January 2027, with applications opening in the coming months.
The Leadership Accelerator is a three-month experience to provide meaningful opportunities for reflection, coaching, and peer learning. To preserve the depth of discussion, confidentiality, and overall quality of the experience, particpation is intentionally limited.
