Louise Cruz, RDN, LD

Louise Cruz RDN, LD is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian with a broad range of experience working in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and private practice. 

Louise earned her B.S degree in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University in MA in 2000. She worked for University of Massachusetts Nutrition Extension Program, then moved on to explore private practice and WIC. In 2004, she moved to North Carolina, where she worked as an out patient dietitian, opened her own practice and worked for the prison system. In 2011, Louise began working in food service and management in Texas.

Louise joined the WellWorks and HeartWorks teams in 2021, where she supports our members and clients through nutrition counseling, group education and nutrition support.
