Current Ohio University Students in other majors

Any student at Ohio University interested in pursuing a career in Information and Telecommunications Systems or cybersecurity can add either our minor in ITS or the certificate in business cybersecurity management to their degree.

The minor in ITS requires a minimum of 19 credit hours and provides the foundation and advanced skills to work in the information networking industry.

The cybersecurity certificate requires three Management of Information Systems classes (MIS) and two ITS classes as detailed here. The certificate, provides students with the technical and management skills to join the growing sector of cybersecurity.
