The purpose of my letter is to provide an annual update in regard to your expected base salary for Fiscal Year 2023. As a reminder, administrators are considered at will employees and as such, the terms and conditions of your appointment may be modified at any time and are subject to all University policies and procedures currently in effect and as they may be amended in the future.

In addition to your base salary, benefits-eligible staff compensation packages include University contributions to your health insurance and retirement plan, prescription drug vision, disability, and dental and orthodontia benefits.
