In addition to your base salary, benefits-eligible faculty compensation packages include University contributions to your health insurance and retirement plan, prescription drug, vision, disability, and dental and orthodontia benefits. Benefits eligible employees are also provided with access to the employee assistance program, educational benefits, and parking, as well as the ability to enroll in flexible spending accounts. Generous sick, vacation, and personal time are also provided.
