Reenroll in Paperless W-2 by Dec 31 - Required Even if Previously Enrolled
Dear OHIO Employees,
Our records indicate that you previously elected to receive paperless W-2s through My Personal Information (MPI). Please note that even if you enrolled earlier this year or in previous years, you must reenroll during this period with ADP to continue receiving your W-2 electronically for the 2024 tax year. Make sure to sign up with ADP by Tuesday, December 31, to ensure you receive your W-2 electronically for 2024 and future years.
Follow the steps below to sign up by December 31 and be entered for a chance to win an Apple 11-inch iPad Air! Any OHIO employee who has signed up to Go Paperless with ADP will be added to the drawing.
How to Go Paperless
Navigate to the ADP website: ADP
First time sign-in: Select the toggles on the pop-up screen to receive paperless statements and/or receive email notifications about your tax statements.
Opt in later: If you initially do not elect to go paperless with your W-2 via the pop-up window, you can still opt in later. To opt in, either:
Select the “Go paperless” button under the section entitled “Go Paperless” to select the options for receiving a paperless W-2.
Change your account settings by selecting "your account" in the upper right corner of the screen (a small circle with your initials) and selecting “Settings.”
Benefits of Receiving an Electronic W-2 Form
More secure than paper mail: Your W-2 contains important information; choosing electronic delivery helps ensure that your information stays safe and is only accessible to you.
Access your W-2 earlier: Electronic W-2 forms will be available before mailed forms, and you will be notified via email!
