Problem management successfully launched

The problem management module of TeamDynamix officially launched this week. Thank you to all who attended and provided valuable feedback. One important change made as a result of feedback was to move the documentation for problem management and change enablement into the Common Practices folder. Any documentation associated with identified problems should be stored there under Problem Management. If you missed the training, make sure to review the existing documentation and training video.
