TDX knowledge management training resources shared

Nearly 200 OHIO IT employees attended training on the new TeamDynamix knowledge base and service catalog over the past two weeks in preparation for next week’s hard launch. Thank you to all who attended and helped us prepare for the future of knowledge management in OHIO IT.
For those who were unable to attend a live training session, a recording is now available on the TeamDynamix training website, as well as a list of FAQs and the presentation slides. The documentation has also been updated to address gaps discovered during training.
A few highlights learned as a result of questions asked during the training sessions include:
- When you create an article, you will be the owner by default. You must update the owning group after saving the article as a draft.
- Knowledge articles can be added to incident and service request tickets, but only one article per ticket. Please attach the primary article and add any additional article links to the Description.
The hard launch of the service catalog and knowledge base is scheduled for Thursday, June 23, when all pages under ohio.edu/oit/services will be archived.
