Attendance Tracking System Evaluation Project

Background

The attendance tracker at OHIO, utilized an existing enterprise level software solution that was well supported and familiar to both students and faculty. Additionally, it also included integrations into OHIO’s current LMS Blackboard grade book and offered secure attendance tracking, a key feature requested by faculty to minimize cheating. It used QR codes as an attendance tracking solution.

RFP Evaluation Committee

The RFP Evaluation Committee will finalize requirements based on campus feedback and guide the request for proposal process. They will review vendor proposals and make a recommendation to the Provost’s Office.
