Cadmus' background in sustainability in higher education allowed for a natural transition from the director of Ohio University’s Office of Sustainability to her role with WellWorks, where she supports the department’s marketing, engagement/outreach, change management, student mentoring, research and reporting. Cadmus also supports the employee wellbeing program, Healthy OHIO.
