Hoyoon Jung
Hoyoon Jung, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Sport Administration in the College of Business at Ohio University. Prior to joining Ohio University, he served as an Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University for four years. He is currently the faculty advisor for the Ohio Sports Analytics Team (OSAT).
His research expertise lies at the intersection of sport economics and sport analytics, specifically focusing on labor issues, league policy, and the economic impact of professional and collegiate sports. He has authored 17 refereed journal articles in leading publications such as the International Journal of Sport Finance, International Journal of Sports Marketing and Sponsorship, Sport, Business and Management, and the International Journal of Sport Management.
