IT Service Desk - Contact Center

Student working remotely.

Students provide technology support over the phone or via ticket system to faculty, staff, and other students. Service Desk student employees troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues, resolve software, hardware, and network connection issues. Employees are also responsible for helping install and update software, assist in resetting passwords, and more. Student employees will gain valuable customer service skills in this position. Work shifts may include evening, weekend, and break hours. 



Instructional Technologists

Under the guidance of full-time instructional technologists, student employees will offer support for faculty in the creation, post-production editing, quality control, and review of educational materials. Works hours are Monday-Friday and flexible with an occasional need for on-campus support. Free access to software training will be provided upon hire. Some examples include Articulate 360, Blackboard, and Camtasia. Additional training is available to assist with audio, video, graphic design, and lighting. 


Primarily remote with occasional on-campus visit.
