Multimedia Center

Creative work needs access to the right tools, spaces, and support.

The Multimedia Center helps students explore ideas, build technical skills, and produce work for coursework, research, and personal projects. It is a welcoming place to learn through hands-on practice and to develop projects from an early concept through a finished result.

The Multimedia Center is located on the 2nd floor of Alden Library in the Learning Commons. The Multimedia Center provides:

  • Apple iMac computers equipped with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Desktop scanners for document creation, scanning film or 35mm slides.
  • A station equipped with VCR/DVD/TV combos for digital conversions.
  • A station equipped with a Wacom tablet.  Check out the Wacom Pen at the 2nd Floor service desk.
  • A quieter Multimedia studio with a microphone, MIDI keyboard, and lighted camera.

You do not need to figure it out alone.
