Alden Room 513 (Voinovich Room) Instructions

If the wall screen is not pulled down, ask for a pull-down tool at either the Archives & Special Collections desk (across the elevator area from the Voinovich Room) or the 4th Floor Help Desk.

The control panel for the projector and screen is located on top of the instructor’s podium. 

1. Turn the projector on using the On button.
2. Choose what you want to display on the screen:
   1. Main PC: this option projects the desktop PC built into the podium to the screen. For hybrid Teams meetings, it also allows you to use the webcam connected to the desktop PC and positioned on top of the monitor.
   2. Laptop: this option allows you to project your laptop by connecting it to the HDMI cable on the podium.
3. When finished, turn the projector off using the Off button. There is no need to turn off the desktop computer or other equipment.
