Ruth holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Educational Studies, an M.A. in Workforce Development and Education, and a B.A. in Strategic Communication, all from The Ohio State University. With a passion for sharing knowledge and expertise, Ruth has contributed to the field through her publication with Routledge: "Strategies and Responsibilities of Expanding International Education Partnerships during COVID-19." Her expertise in qualitative research, internationalizing university efforts, and her grasp of East Asian tea culture have led to engaging teaching and speaking opportunities.
