Jacqueline Ford
My name is Jacqueline Ford, and I am an interior architectural designer and licensed general contractor based in Southern California. I am currently completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture while actively working in the design-build industry, where I’ve spent over a decade leading residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from concept through construction.
As the founder of Jacqueline Ford Design + Build, Inc., I’ve had the opportunity to manage a wide range of projects, including large-scale renovations, tenant improvements, and custom interiors. My work is rooted in a strong understanding of both design and construction, which allows me to bridge the gap between vision and execution.
I am especially passionate about creating spaces that are not only functional and beautiful, but also meaningful and impactful. This is reflected in my academic thesis project, Her Rise, a women’s center designed to support individuals transitioning out of domestic violence situations through trauma-informed and human-centered design.
Beyond my professional work, I am deeply committed to community involvement and mentorship. I actively support local organizations and serve in leadership roles that allow me to give back and create opportunities for others.
Looking ahead, my goal is to continue growing as a designer and builder while expanding my impact through projects that combine design, social responsibility, and community development.
