Emma Goodwin
Emma Goodwin is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture. Originally from a small town in Ohio, she brings a strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for designing spaces that feel both functional and personal. Her background and experiences have shaped her appreciation for thoughtful design and the impact it has on everyday life.
From an early age, Emma developed an interest in interior design, drawn to the way spaces can influence mood, productivity, and connection. This curiosity grew into a passion as she pursued her education, where she explored how design can blend aesthetics with purpose to create meaningful environments.
Throughout her time in college, Emma worked full-time at a remodeling company, gaining valuable hands-on experience in residential construction and design. This opportunity allowed her to deepen her understanding of materials, project coordination, and real-world application of design concepts. Alongside her professional experience, her academic work strengthened her technical abilities, including proficiency in industry-standard software, understanding of ADA codes, and space planning. These combined experiences have provided her with a strong foundation in both the creative and technical aspects of the field.
After graduation, Emma will be working with a custom home builder, where she collaborates with clients to design and personalize their homes from concept to completion. She looks forward to continuing to grow as a designer while creating spaces that are timeless, functional, and reflective of the people who live in them.
