Dakota Cok
Dakota is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture. She is from a small town in Ohio and comes from a big, close‑knit family that has shaped her creativity, work ethic, and appreciation for meaningful spaces.
Interior design has always held a special place in her heart. Growing up, she watched her mom constantly reimagine and refresh rooms in their home, sparking Dakota’s early fascination with how thoughtful design can transform the way people live and feel. That inspiration ultimately led her to pursue interior architecture as a professional path.
Throughout her time in college, Dakota worked as an interior designer, gaining valuable hands‑on experience with furniture, materials, and client interaction. Her academic work further strengthened her technical skills, including proficiency in industry‑standard software, ADA codes, and space planning. These combined experiences have given her a strong foundation in both the creative and technical sides of the field.
After graduation, Dakota will be working as a Sales and Design Assistant at Diyanni Homes, where she will help clients customize and visualize their dream homes. She looks forward to continuing her growth as a designer and contributing to spaces that feel personal, functional, and inspiring.
