Katie Eadicicco
Katie Eadicicco is from Cincinnati, Ohio. She’s a senior at Ohio University studying Interior Architecture and will be graduating in December. Katie is excited to start her career in residential interior design. She has always been passionate about home design and décor, even as a child, long before she knew what interior design was. She could tell you the floor plans and furniture styles of TV show sets and used to go through the Sears Catalog and pick out home décor for her dream house.
Although this was her passion, she didn’t study interior design after high school. Katiegraduated from University of Cincinnati in 1999 with an associate’s degree in business administration. Since then, her passion for interior design has only grown. She has helped several family members and friends design and decorate their homes and has helped with remodeling projects.
Along with her husband, she has restored their 1902 Victorian style home. It was while doing one of their many home projects that she realized she’s at her happiest when working on their house. Katie decided to go back to school and achieve a bachelor’s degree in design from Ohio University. Katie believes that design can be aesthetically pleasing, stylish, and meet the client’s needs while still being functional and practical for use. One’s home is an extension of one’s soul and should be a place where they are comfortable, relaxed, and happy.
