Kayla Brunke
As a current and future designer Kayla Brunke excels at solving design problems.
Unique and interesting spaces with design challenges intrigue her, provoke her curiosity, and push her to succeed in achieving effective design solutions.
As a young adult she had an art teacher who inspired her. When Kayla struggled with drawing organic forms and found their lack of precision frustrating, that teacher encouraged her to continue drawing using more familiar geometric forms and straight lines. In doing so Kayla found a love for architectural design that has developed throughout her collegiate career.
Kayla Brunke’s studies have nurtured and developed her design skills; communicating design through renderings and materials palettes but these years of higher education have also changed the way that she approaches design problems. Now, as she obtains her degree, she looks at space planning as a puzzle that she can’t wait to solve. As a soon to be graduate from Ohio University’s Bachelor of Interior Architecture Kayla
Brunke is looking forward to a future full of solving design problems.
