Sylvia-Rinderle-headshot

From an early age, Sylvia was deeply passionate about creating holistic, human-centered design solutions that support students with learning disabilities. Having navigated the challenges of mainstream education herself, Sylvia’s journey has shaped her commitment to designing environments that foster understanding, accessibility, and belonging. Her work reflects both personal experience and a dedication to making learning spaces more inclusive for every kind of mind. A key takeaway from this project for Sylvia was that supporting the student also means supporting the family and finding ways for them to fully use the space as well. Following graduation, Sylvia will be a design associate with Shremshock Architects and Engineers in their retail studio.
