The Downtown Exchange – A Community Collective Mutual Aid Resource Center
Erin chose to design a mutual aid resource center for working poor individuals because she is passionate about financial freedom and providing necessities to those who experience disadvantages through economic and personal hardships. Throughout her project she most enjoyed conducting interviews as well as seeing the small-scale mutual aid projects already in place around the country, and the success they have had. After graduation, Erin hopes to specialize in hospitality design, focusing on designing restaurants, hotels, and nightclubs.
