Naimesh Patel

Naimesh Patel has a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Ohio University. He is Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of the Retail Lending Businesses at PNC. Naimesh leads a team responsible for providing four key service functions:  Risk Management and Governance, Program Management Office, Vendor Management and driving the Lending Strategy across Offer, Portfolio and Retention functions. With his leadership, the Strategic Services group creates consistency across functions for all Lending lines of business and establishes best practices for each function across Retail Lending to create efficiencies, drive profitable growth and enhance the customer experience.
