Chillicothe Campus

In most instances, regional campus students are bound by the dates, deadlines, policies, and procedures as published in the Schedule of Classes. Exceptions and variations applicable to the Chillicothe campus are noted below.

CHANGES OF CLASS SCHEDULE
Students who find it necessary to add, replace, or drop a class can do so by using Web Registration. See the Academic Calendar for all registration deadlines.

CONTINUING STUDENTS
Register for your classes using Web Registration. You cannot register before the time listed on your DARS report. See Information about using Web Registration.

If you have trouble registering, contact the Advising Office. Hearing impaired students may contact the Registration Office located on the first floor in Bennett Hall.

Students who registered for classes are subject to a late payment charge of $100 for balances remaining on their accounts past deadlines. Please check your eBill for tuition deadline information.

Reminder: Classes dropped after University-established deadlines will not remove fees for hours dropped and will reflect a grade of (WP/WF) on the student's academic record.

FEE ASSESSMENT INFORMATION
Graduate students taking undergraduate courses pay graduate fees (see General Information: Fee Assessment Information).

FEE PAYMENT
Payment can be made at the Student Services Office located in Bennett Hall by money order, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA (NO CASH, PLEASE!).

Final exams at the Chillicothe campus begin Monday, March 15, 2010, and end Friday, March 19, 2010. Examination schedules are available online at www.chillicothe.ohiou.edu.

BE SURE TO CHECK THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CLASSES AS YOU REGISTER
Any changes to day, times, etc., are visible on the Web. If a section is changed, an attempt is made to contact those students who registered. However, success of such notification cannot be guaranteed. It will be expected that those who register after a change is made will see the change while registering. STUDENTS SHOULD PERIODICALLY CHECK COURSE INFORMATION ON THE WEB. Those with conflicts should consult with an advisor.
