Winter Intersession 1999-2000


Cancellation for Non-Payment of Fees

All students who fail to pay their fees to the Office of Continuing Education by the November 29, 1999, fee payment deadline will be cancelled from the class. Students cancelled for non-payment must pay their fees and re-register for their classes using TRIPS. There will be no reinstatement of classes after a student has been cancelled.

Course Withdrawal

Any student withdrawing or cancelling from a Winter Intersession course must do so before the class starts to receive a 100% refund of fees. Refer to meeting dates for add, drop, and withdraw dates. It is the student’s sole responsibility to withdraw from the course in a timely manner. Continuing Education, Conferences, and Workshops accept no responsibility for this process. Failure to withdraw from the class and not attending will result in an FN/FS grade for the class and no financial refund.

Fees - Athens Campus

Intersession courses are billed separately from your Winter Quarter fees; your Winter Quarter comprehensive fee does NOT cover the fees for these classes. The Office of Continuing Education will bill you at the rate of $154 per quarter hour for Ohio residents and $329 per quarter hour for non-Ohio residents.

Do NOT pay your bill at the Bursar’s Office!

All payments for Winter Intersession classes should be sent to: Ohio University Intersession, Office of Continuing Education, Haning Hall 102, Athens, OH 45701-2979. The Registration Payment Deadline is November 29, 1999. Credit cards will be accepted by Continuing Education, Conferences, and Workshops.

Fees - Regional Campus

Intersession courses are billed separately from your Winter Quarter fees; your winter comprehensive fee does not cover the fees for these classes. Each regional campus will bill you at a rate of $97 per quarter hour for Ohio residents and $250 per quarter hour for non-Ohio residents.

Do NOT pay your bill at the Bursar’s Office!

All payments for Winter Intersession classes should be paid at the regional campus offering the course. All fees must be paid before the first day of class.

Grades

Intersession classes will appear on your transcript for Winter Quarter. You will receive your grades for Intersession courses when Winter Quarter grades are mailed in March.

Housing

Arrangements for housing will be coordinated through the Ohio University Housing Office, Room 060 Chubb Hall, telephone (740) 593-4090.

Registration

You may register for all courses using TRIPS. It is recommended that students register for one course only.
