Be sure your schedule is correct. Double check it by calling TRIPS or requesting your schedule via the World Wide Web from the Registrars homepage at http://www.ohiou.edu/registrar.
Tuesday, January 18, is the last day to drop classes without a grade appearing on your permanent record. Any class dropped after January 18, WILL receive a grade (WP/WF).
Your tuition and fees are based on your schedule as of Tuesday, January 18. Any changes in your schedule after January 18, will NOT reduce your tuition and fees.
Tuesday, January 18, is also the last day on which you may:
Add classes (via TRIPS)
Receive a partial refund for reduction of courseload (contact Registrar Services Windows)
Apply for the pass/fail grading option (contact your academic deans student services office)
Choose to audit a class (via TRIPS)
Between Wednesday, January 19, and Monday, February 7, you may drop a class. The class will remain on your academic record and you will receive a grade of WP or WF. Your tuition will not be reduced.
Changes in your schedule may affect your financial aid eligibility and obligate you to repay financial aid that you have received.
Please review the Schedule of Classes for complete information about procedures regarding your schedule.
A processing fee of $5.00 will be charged for all change orders.
