Important Notice: Dropping Classes and Fee Refunds

Please remember the following facts regarding your schedule forSpring Semester 2012-13.

You must complete all changes in your schedule yourself.
There is no automatic adding or dropping of classes.
If you do not complete adds and drops, your schedule will not change.

Be sure your schedule is correct. Check your schedule by accessing My OHIO Student Center (which may be accessed from My OHIO portal - Academics tab).

Friday, January 18, 2013, is the last day to add a class without instructor's approval.

Friday, January 25, 2013, is the last day to drop a class without a grade appearing on your permanent record. Any class withdrawn from (dropped) after Friday, January 25, 2013, will receive a grade (WP/WF).

Your tuition and fees are based on your schedule as of Friday, January 25, 2013. Any changes in your schedule after Friday, January 25, 2013, will not reduce your tuition and fees.

Friday, January 25, 2013, is also the last day on which you may:

Add classes (with instructor's approval - class permission slip required)
Receive a refund for reduction of course load (contact the Office of the Bursar, Chubb Hall 010)
Apply for the pass/fail grading option (contact the student services office in your college)
Choose to audit a class

Between Saturday, January 26, 2013, and Friday, March 22, 2013, you may withdraw from one or more class(es). The course will remain on your academic record, and you will receive a grade of WP or WF. Your tuition will not be reduced.

Changes in your schedule may affect your financial aid eligibility and obligate you to repay financial aid that you have received.

Please review the Schedule of Classes for complete information about procedures regarding your schedule.

A processing fee of $5.00 will be charged to add a class after the Friday of the second week of the semester and/or withdraw from (drop) a class after the Friday of the tenth week of the semester.
