Important Notice: Dropping Classes and Fee Refunds |

Please remember the following facts regarding your schedule for Fall Quarter 2009-10. Be sure your schedule is correct. Double check it by accessing the Office of the University Registrar Web site, www.ohio.edu/registrar, and selecting MySchedule under Online Services. Check your schedule by reviewing the schedule e-mailed to you or by reviewing your schedule using Web Registration. Tuesday, September 15, 2009, is the last day to add a class without instructor's approval. Tuesday, September 22, 2009, is the last day to drop a class without a grade appearing on your permanent record. Any class dropped after Tuesday, September 22, 2009, will receive a grade (WP/WF). Your tuition and fees are based on your schedule as of Tuesday, September 22, 2009. Any changes in your schedule after Tuesday, September 22, 2009 will not reduce your tuition and fees. Tuesday, September 22, 2009, is also the last day on which you may: Between Wednesday, September 23, 2009, and Monday, October 12, 2009, you may drop a class. The class will remain on your academic record, and you will receive a grade of WP or WF. Your tuition will not be reduced. Changes in your schedule may affect your financial aid eligibility and obligate you to repay financial aid that you have received. Please review the Schedule of Classes for complete information about procedures regarding your schedule. A processing fee of $5.00 will be charged to add a class after the 15th calendar day of the quarter and/or drop a class after the 35th calendar day of the quarter. Have a great quarter and don't forget to complete your schedule by Tuesday, September 22, 2009! |
