CHANGES OF CLASS SCHEDULE
Students may use TRIPS or Web Registration to drop any class through May 5. However, classes dropped beginning
April 15 will not remove fees for hours dropped and will reflect a grade (WP/WF) on the students’ academic records.

FINAL EXAMINATION PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULE
Freshmen who will be attending Ohio University-Southern campus will be asked to attend an orientation session.
The Student Center will advise freshmen of their orientation a few weeks prior to the event.
Contact the Student Center for more information regarding this session.
Students in this category should call or meet an advisor in the Student Center in the Collins Center regarding their
class schedule.
Payment can be made at the Student Center located in the Collins Center by money order, check, VISA or MasterCard
(NO CASH, PLEASE!).
Insurance forms will be available at the time of registration. Students who want insurance should complete the form and
mail it to the indicated address.
Transcript request forms are available at the Southern campus. Completed forms must be returned to the Office of the
Registrar, Chubb Hall, Ohio University, Athens, Ohio 45701-2979.

BOOKSTORE
All books and supplies may be purchased from the bookstore located in the University Mart on Liberty Avenue
(740-532-6193).
The classroom schedule will be posted on bulletin boards the first week of classes.
Students who find it necessary to add or replace a class can do so by using TRIPS or Web Registration during the first
8 calendar days of the quarter. Instructor approval is required to add a class after the 8th calendar day of the
quarter (April 7). The last day to add a class is
April 14.
Any student unable to complete the quarter should contact the Registration Office at (740) 533-4600 for information and
instructions. Students who do not follow University policy for withdrawal will receive an F, FN or FS grade. FN/FS
grades calculate as F's in the GPA.
Students are encouraged to consult an advisor to review a schedule and make adjustments. Call the Student Center for
information or an appointment at (740) 533-4600.
All final examinations will be given during finals week at the same time that the class meets. Each examination period
is two hours and will be held in the regular classroom.
